A New Chapter Is Taking Shape We're carefully updating the website with new jewelry collections, event information, and creative collaborations.
Originally from Belo Horizonte in central Brazil, Adriana Kelly Araujo has lived in the United States since 1997. Inspired by the rich natural resources of her homeland, she began creating handcrafted jewelry in 2001 in Pennsylvania, sharing the beauty of Brazilian materials through her work.
As a former Army wife, Adriana lived in many different states across the United States, bringing her jewelry to new communities through craft shows and artisan markets. These experiences shaped her journey, allowing her to connect with people from all walks of life while sharing her culture and craft.
Adriana works with golden grass (capim dourado), a remarkable natural fiber that grows in the Jalapão region of Brazil and is traditionally harvested by local and indigenous communities. She carefully sources this material directly from the artisans who collect it, honoring their craftsmanship and helping preserve this unique cultural tradition.
Today, her workshop is based in Killeen, Texas, where she continues to create one-of-a-kind pieces inspired by nature and Brazilian traditions.
Each piece Adriana creates is carefully handcrafted, celebrating the beauty of natural materials and the traditions behind them.
